Come and spend a few days in our Le Cottage gîte to get together with family or friends and enjoy the countryside and the ocean in our beautiful region of Charente-Maritime in New Aquitaine.
Within a shared courtyard, Le Cottage du Logis can accommodate up to 10 people maximum and is composed of:
- 1 kitchen with 5-burner gas stove with electric oven, microwave,
fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. - 1 living room (lounge and dining room)
- Central heating (19°)
- Pellet stove (Pellets optional)
- 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor (sink, shower and WC)
- 1 private terrace (not closed) with courtyard view
- 2 double bedrooms (140 cm beds)
- 1 double bedroom (2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180)
- 1 mezzanine dormitory for children (4 beds 90)
All bedrooms are upstairs.
Options for your comfort:
- Beds made on arrival
- Bath linen set (1 sheet and 1 bath towel)
- Shopping drive (Super U or Intermarché Saujon) stored directly in your cottage.
Check in is between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and check out before 10 a.m. (inventory at 9:45 a.m.).
For the safety of little ones, parking will be on the street (and not in the courtyard) during your stay where there is plenty of free and possible parking space. Vehicles are only permitted for unloading and loading upon your arrival and upon your departure. Animals are not allowed. For the respect of all, Le Cottage is a non-smoking area.
To enhance your stay, a raclette machine and an actifry fryer are available for rental by the day.
For your winter stays or for a desire for a small fire when the first cool weather arrives, bags of pellets can be provided to you at an additional cost.
For your summer stays, don’t forget the bag of charcoal and your pool towels! A barbecue and a plancha are at your disposal in the shared courtyard.
Tourist tax not included. Electricity is included in the price from May to September.
