The Sun House du Logis
Whether for a weekend, a week or a long weekend, stay in our gîte Le Sun house and recharge your batteries between the countryside and the ocean in our beautiful region of Charente-Maritime in New Aquitaine.
Within a shared courtyard, the Sun House du Logis can accommodate up to 7 people and is made up of
- 1 kitchen with gas stove with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
- 1 living room (lounge and dining room)
- 1 bathroom (sink, shower and WC)
- Central heating (19° From October to April)
- Wood heating (pellet stove)
- 1 private terrace (not closed) with courtyard view
- 1 family room (160×200 bed and 1 90×200 bed)
- 1 bedroom for 2 children (90×200 bunk beds)
- 1 bedroom (2 beds 90×200)

- Bath linen set (1 sheet and 1 bath towel)
- Shopping drive (Super U or Intermarché Saujon) stored directly in your cottage.
Check in is between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and check out before 10 a.m. (inventory at 9:45 a.m.).
For the safety of the little ones, parking will be on the street (and not in the yard) during your stay where there is plenty of free space to park. Vehicles are only permitted for unloading and loading upon your arrival and upon your departure.
Pets are not allowed.
For the respect of all, the Le Sun House gîte is a non-smoking area.
For your winter stays or for a desire for a small fire when the first cool weather arrives, bags of pellets can be provided to you at an additional cost. (Anticipate your requests!)
For your summer stays, don’t forget the bag of charcoal and your pool towels! A barbecue and a plancha are at your disposal in the common courtyard.
Tourist tax not included. Electricity is included in the price from May to September.
