The Sun House du Logis
Whether for a weekend, a week or for your spa treatment, stay in our Le Sun House gîte and recharge your batteries between the countryside and the ocean in our beautiful region of Charente-Maritime in New Aquitaine.
Within a shared courtyard, the Sun House du Logis can accommodate up to 6 people and is composed of:
- 1 kitchen with gas stove with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
- 1 living room (lounge and dining room)
- 1 bathroom (sink, shower and WC)
- Wood heating (pellet stove)
- 1 private terrace overlooking the courtyard
- 1 family room (160 cm bed)
- 1 double bedroom (1 bed 140)
- 1 dormitory room on the mezzanine separated by curtains (2 x 90 cm beds)
For your comfort, we offer the option of beds made on arrival (sheets provided), rental of towels as well as your grocery drive (Super U or Intermarché Saujon) stored directly in your cottage.
Check in is between 4pm and 7pm and check out before 10am. For the safety of the little ones, parking will be on the street (and not in the yard) where there is plenty of free space to park. For your bikes, a bike garage is available free of charge. Pets are allowed with the owners’ agreement. For the respect of all, the Le Sun House gîte is a non-smoking area.
To enhance your stay, a raclette machine and an actifry fryer are available for rental by the day.
For your winter stays or for a desire for a small fire when the first cool weather arrives, bags of pellets can be provided to you at an additional cost.
For your summer stays, don’t forget the bag of charcoal and your pool towels! A barbecue and a plancha are at your disposal in the shared courtyard.
Tourist tax not included. Electricity is included in the price from May to September.
