Just 7 minutes from Saujon and 15 minutes from Royan and Saintes, you’ll find yourself in the heart of the charming village of Saint Romain de Benet, with direct access via the expressway and all amenities: bakery, butcher, small grocery store, and bar/tobacconist.
Nestled amidst peace and greenery, take time to relax on a sun lounger by the pool. Enjoy an aperitif on your private terrace or in the heart of a 5,500 m² wooded garden, and take advantage of a lovely shared space with the other cottages and the owners: barbecue or griddle for your evening meal.
The Logis cottages are located on the owners’ property and offer a family-friendly environment where children and adults alike have their own dedicated play area: swings, a wooden playhouse, a sandbox, pétanque…

There’s nothing quite like a pleasant summer barbecue. Enjoy the traditional barbecue and cook your favorite sausages, merguez, and delicious kebabs while enjoying a meal overlooking the garden…

The Logis cottages offer a family-friendly environment where both children and adults have their own dedicated play areas: swings, a wooden playhouse, a secure swimming pool, pétanque…
Also available is a 70 m² indoor games room where you can play board games, table tennis, table football, borrow a book from the library, or relax with a yoga session surrounded by nature.

Linen service
With the linen option, enjoy beds made upon arrival. No more bed-making chores! Sheets (duvet covers, fitted sheets, and pillowcases) are provided upon arrival.

Wherever you are in the property, enjoy a secure internet connection.
Washing machine
Enjoy clean laundry throughout your stay thanks to your private washing machine. Dishwasher with provided detergent pods.
My shopping at home
You don't have to worry about shopping anymore, just drive to the Super U or Intermarché in Saujon, and we'll deliver and store it for you before you arrive.
Parking
For the safety of little ones in the courtyard, parking is available on the street or in the parking lots 160m and 300m away. Vehicles are only allowed upon departure and arrival.
A driver for your spa treatment
Thanks to the Carabus service, a driver will take care of your travel so you can fully enjoy your spa treatment in Saujon or Royan.
Piscine
Enjoy a heated swimming pool open from May to September, from 10 am to 8 pm. The entire area is secured for the safety of young children. The pool is shared between the three cottages and the owners.
Playground
For children and adults alike, enjoy the swings, pétanque, ping pong, or foosball. All this is available in winter as well as summer. The outdoor spaces are shared between the three cottages and the owners.
Baby service offered
On request, we provide you with a travel cot, a high chair, a changing mat and a bathtub free of charge. Bed available for children up to 2 years old.
